The roots of Baca Grande System Built, LLC, trace back to a pivotal shift in Tony’s career. In January 2011, Tony’s background in the mortgage industry took an unexpected turn when he embarked on a heartfelt mission to help unemployed veterans in Nevada find jobs. Amid a challenging employment landscape in Nevada, Tony sought opportunities in other markets and discovered an oil boom in North Dakota. Securing a position selling modular homes allowed him to meet with employers to promote the benefits of hiring veterans. The experience of selling homes ignited a passion for the modular home business, eventually becoming an integral part of his plan to establish a modular home business.
Tony, a proud native of Albuquerque, NM, joined forces with Ellice, a Southern California native. Celebrating 28 years of marriage and parenting three wonderful children – Justin (30), Christian (28), and Nicole (27) – Justin, married to Laura, has blessed us with our adorable grandson, Malakai, while Nicole recently got married with her husband, Tyler. Adding a playful touch to our family is our 6-year- old Pomeranian, Lil’ Bear.
Beyond the realm of business, our commitment to healthy living seamlessly integrates into our personal lives. Tony engages in weight training and cycling classes, actively participating in community service by helping establish a homeless ministry where over 400 people per week were fed and clothed.
Meanwhile, Ellice finds joy in yoga and crafting delicious, wholesome meals. Her dedication to a healthy lifestyle is complemented by our passion for community service, with Ellice volunteering her time at The Women’s Resource Medical Center of Southern Nevada for over 16 years. She also serves as a Leader at Celebrate Recovery, passionately sharing her testimony about the transformative work of God in her life.
